Four promises
Never reworded
No route anywhere can change what a customer wrote — not the dashboard, not the API, not us.
Permission, enforced
The website and social answers decide what may be served, on every request. Refused your website? It cannot show there. Hazelsong places no ads, so that answer is recorded and handed to you.
Read for risk
A promised result, a regulated claim, a private detail — flagged on arrival, before anything is public.
Yours to take away
Every word, video and record exports whole, at the quality it was recorded, on every plan.
How it works
From one link to your own wall, with nothing skipped on the way
Four steps, each shown on the screen it actually happens on, captured from the running product.
- 1Collect
- 2Review
- 3Approve
- 4Publish
01Collect
One link, and they write it in their own words
Your customer opens it on any device, leaves a rating if they want to, and writes. No account, no password, nothing to install. Before they start, the page asks them to write about their own experience and not to promise results on your behalf.
How the form works

02Review
It arrives with the permission attached, in writing
The permission is a sentence they check off, stored with the date, and a choice of places: your website, your social media, ads and print. You see that record on every card, and one that did not allow your website cannot be shown by your widget, however many times you approve it.
How permission is kept
03Approve
Nothing goes up until you say so
Every one arrives as Pending, with the rating, the words and the date the permission was given, and with anything Hazelsong found in it marked for you. Approve it, reject it, or take a private detail out with [removed]. The words themselves cannot be edited, by you or by anyone.
How removing a detail works
04Publish
And it appears where your visitors are already looking
One script tag puts the approved ones on your own site, in any of the twenty-three layouts. A hosted Wall of Love at its own address comes with every plan, carrying review markup search engines read. Delete one and it goes, everywhere, at once.
How walls work
The Wall of Love
What your visitors see, on your own site
The widget draws your approved testimonials — only the ones whose writers allowed your website. Four of the 23 layouts, on a light or a dark page, at the width of a desktop or a phone.
Your customer's words appear here, in their own voice, exactly as they wrote them.
A longer one, to show that the card grows with the text it holds instead of cropping it. Nothing is truncated and nothing is rewritten.
A shorter one still fills its card, because the grid sizes rows to the tallest card in them.
The rating is optional. Where a customer leaves one, it sits above their words.
The grid reflows on its own: three columns on a desktop, one on a phone, no CSS from you.
Where a customer pastes a YouTube, Vimeo or Loom link, their video plays right here in the card.
Placeholder text, not customers. The card with the laurel edge is one you marked as featured. The Hazelsong credit sits under the wall on the limited tier and comes off on Starter.

Write a card and watch it appear
Change the words and the card beside them changes too — the same markup the widget puts on your site.
Type here and the card changes as you write. It is the same markup your visitors see.
Your page around it, sketched in gray. The card is the real one.
Side by side
The same prices. More in every plan.
$29 and $59 a month, and the same fifteen held free. Where a line below names Senja, that figure was read off their own pricing page on September 21, 2026 — the date is printed because a figure without one goes stale without anyone noticing.
Videos come back whole
One copy is kept — the original — and it downloads at that quality on every plan, free included. Senja exports SD video on its free plan.
Stars in search, every plan
Every public wall carries review markup from the first day. Senja keeps rich snippets for its Pro plan.
40 import sources
Each with its own guide, against the eighteen that Senja lists — and a Senja or Testimonial.to CSV comes across in one upload.
Read for risk, on arrival
A promised result, a named third party, a regulated claim, a personal detail — marked for you, never shown to your readers.
Read on September 21, 2026 from senja.io/pricing. Nothing is said about another product that its own page does not say, and where it says nothing, neither does this.
Publish
One testimonial, everywhere it is allowed to go
Every form respects the same permission: a place the customer did not allow is a place where it cannot appear.
Who it is for
For anyone whose customers' words carry weight
The regulated practices get the rule they work under, quoted at its source. The trades get the questions worth asking.
Start where you are
Where are your testimonials right now?
One click, and the answer is about your case. It is counted, and nothing else is kept.

Who takes the payment
Paddle is the merchant of record: your card details never reach Hazelsong, and every payment comes with a tax-compliant invoice.
Canceling
From the link on your receipt, whenever you like. When the subscription ends, the project returns to the limited tier — nothing you collected is deleted.
Leaving altogether
Export everything first — every word, video and record, whole — then end the project from its dashboard, and it is removed completely.
Every figure on this page is read from one table in the source, so the cards, the comparison and the payment page cannot quote different numbers. The pricing page has the same three plans with the questions answered in full.
Questions
Asked before paying
Working under a professional rule? There is a page for law firms, clinics and practices, and accountants, each quoting the rule itself.
Every answer in HelpDo my customers need an account?
No. They open a link, write or record, and send. Nothing to install, nothing to log into.
Where does the wall live?
On your own site. You paste one script tag and one empty div where you want it, and the widget fills it. A hosted Wall of Love page at its own address comes with every plan too.
Can I rewrite a testimonial?
No — not through the dashboard, not through the API. The words a customer wrote are not editable by anyone, by any route.
Can I take private things out of one?
Yes. Hazelsong replaces a phone number, an address, a diagnosis, a named third party or an insult with [removed], and shows you exactly what it took and why. The original is kept, both versions are in your export, and readers are told something was removed.
Do you use AI on my testimonials?
Yes, in two ways. Each is read for risk when it arrives, and the marks are shown to you, never to your readers. Everything else runs only when you press its button: a detail taken out, a pull-quote, a case study draft, a translation, a transcript. It never rewrites what a customer wrote, never writes praise, and nothing is published without you.
How do I get into my dashboard?
Press Log in and type the address you signed up with: we send a one-time login link there, and to no other address. There is no password. Your dashboard's own link also works as a bookmark, and you can replace it from the dashboard whenever you want.
Can my customer add a photo?
Yes, and it is optional. Their browser crops it to a small square before it is sent, so the wall loads as fast with photos as without.
What does it not do?
It never rewords what a customer wrote and never writes praise for them. It does not scrape reviews off other sites: an import is pasted by you, uploaded as a file, or read from a feed the platform publishes. It is not a CRM, and it does not send email campaigns — every request goes to one person, with one reminder at most.
How do I cancel, and will I get an invoice?
Cancel from the link on your receipt. Paddle is the merchant of record, so it issues a receipt and a tax-compliant invoice for every payment and holds your billing history.
How do I reach a person?
Write support@hazelsong.com. It reaches the person who builds Hazelsong — there is no queue and no ticket number.
Your customers already wrote the words
In an email, in a message, in a review you never asked for. Send one link and it arrives here instead — with the date, with the permission, and ready to publish.
No password: your dashboard opens from a private link.
